The four men who were involved in the death of a Hull dad who pleaded for his life as he was held face down on a train station floor will not face manslaughter charges, the CPS have said.
Mr Barnes suffered a cardiac arrest and hypoxic brain injury and died seven weeks later on December 2, 2016.

An east Hull dad who pleaded he couldn t breathe seven times as bravado security guards excessively held him face-down on the ground was unlawfully killed , a court has today ruled.
Jack Barnes, 29, from Longhill, east Hull, died after suffering a cardiac arrest at Manchester Victoria Station as he was excessively held down by four Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), after he was allegedly caught smoking inside the station. ....
