While there won’t be the traditional large celebration and walk at MacNaughton Park this year, locals can still participate in the national virtual walk. Huntington Heroes walk will be virtual this year Back to video The Huntington Society of Canada is organizing the event and has the goal to make the 2021 Huntington Heroes National Walk its biggest yet. In a press release, the Society said, “It’s an aspirational aim, but we’re sure we can do it – with your help. For one thing, with our virtual walk format, we are able to reach everyone in Canada, no matter where they live. The virtual format allows participants to walk in their own neighbourhoods – geographically separate, but united in spirit.”
