The shooting happened just before 2:30 a.m. The man told police he was driving on Interstate 71 northbound near 17th Avenue when another vehicle pulled up to him. Someone in the vehicle then started firing. A bullet grazed the man's left foreman. He was taken to the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and is expected to be OK, Columbus police said. The roadway was briefly closed but had since reopened.
