NHS overseas-born doctors feel like they have been left little choice but to apply for jobs outside of the UK in countries with much more relaxed immigration rules due to the law concerning adult dependent relatives. Many have told
i how disappointed they have been at the near impossibility of bringing their elderly parents to live with them as a result of the Home Office’s hostile environment policy.
