ICJ grants consular access to Kulbhushan Jadhav, directs Pak

In a big victory for India, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) on Wednesday affirmed Indian national Kulbhushan Jadhav’s right to consular access. The court also directed Pakistan to provide effective review and reconsideration of his conviction and sentences.
