IKEA has officially recalled more than 159,000 mugs, plates, and bowls due to a possible burn risk.
On May 19, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission issued a recall notice. The report confirmed that the plates, bowls, and mugs could break, causing hot food or liquid to leak out, possibly leading to a burn hazard, according to Today.
IKEA US recalls HEROISK and TALRIKA bowls, plates, and mugs. Consumers should immediately stop using these recalled items and return them to any IKEA store for a full refund.
