Illinois Launching New Vaccine Education, Resource Program :

Illinois is launching a new COVID-19 vaccine education program.  The Pandemic Health Navigator program will also highlight available resources in the community.  The PHNP was launched in partnership with the Illinois Public Health Association, the Illinois Primary Health Care Association, and OSF Healthcare System.  The program works with communities around the state, integrating community agencies to coordinate available resources in the regions.
