Imo hotelier in custody for allegedly torturing man to death

The operatives of the Imo State Police Command have arrested the 38-year-old owner of Our Guest Hotel, Ibe Obasi, located in the Obowo Local Government Area of the state for allegedly torturing to death a youth in the area, Ebuka Udemba.
