Simmonds is the managing director of Braemar Atlantic Securities, the company's derivative brokerage business. Meanwhile, Gooch has over 16 years' experience of governance, compliance and financial reporting of publicly listed companies, having founded and run AIM-quoted software company eg solutions PLC from 2005 until its acquisition by Verint Systems Inc. Jurgen Breuer, presently a non-executive director and chair of the Remuneration Committee has decided not to offer himself for re-election at the forthcoming annual general meeting and will stand down from the board at that time.
