As another victim of sexual assault took the stand in District Attorney Greg Newman's removal hearing and witnesses testified to his character, the second day of testimony showed clearly the two sides of the argument. Witnesses called Newman "one of the good guys," while an alleged sexual assault survivor emotionally confronted him over his refusal to pursue her case and the way he treated her. Grace Pryor was a student at Brevard College when she says she was raped by two fellow students almost six years ago to the day. She said Brevard Police investigated the matter and told her that Newman would be in touch as the prosecutor.
