Incorrect to blame Centre, says Anurag Thakur on Delhi Budge

Union minister Anurag Thakur on Tuesday said that it was incorrect on the part of Arvind Kejriwal-led Delhi NCT administration to blame the central government for the annual Budget of the national capital for something which he said was pending in the hands of Delhi government.
