Ind-Swift labs n: lndiaRF to acquire API, CRAMS business of

IndiaRF will acquire the active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) and contract research and manufacturing services (CRAMS) business of Ind-Swift Labs for a consideration of Rs 1,650 crore.
