Dan Whelan The asset manager is to develop a speculative office building next to Manchester International Office Centre after the city council approved plans for the 24,000 sq ft scheme. Manchester International Office Centre is a 100,000 sq ft 1950s building off Styal Road near Manchester Airport that Infinity bought in 2011. The new-build three-storey pavilion, which features an outdoor terrace on the second floor, will increase the capacity of the site for a single tenant and is to be constructed on part of the lawn that fronts the existing building. Designed by Pozzoni Architecture, the £5m office will frame the large expanse of lawned space at the site and take advantage of the views and green landscaping, according to Till Asset Management, which manages the building.
