Inflows into reservoirs in Karnataka's Cauvery basin are decreasing: DK Shivakumar

Karnataka's Deputy Chief Minister, DK Shivakumar, has stated that water inflows into the reservoirs in the Cauvery basin are decreasing. He emphasized that the water levels are just above half of what is required. Shivakumar also suggested that the agricultural department should consider not allowing the cultivation of crops in the Cauvery basin area due to the scarcity of water.
