Date Time Infringement notices issued at Townsville Police have issued infringement notices to three men following investigations into an incident at a Flinders Street hotel in Townsville on January 16. The incident occurred around 12.40am, when police were called to a disturbance in the Townsville Safe Night Precinct. A 56-year-old man was transported to Townsville University Hospital for treatment and two men, aged 19 and 21, were issued with banning notices. Following an investigation, all three men have today been issued with public nuisance infringement notices and the 56-year-old man has also been issued with a banning notice. /Public Release.
