Investigation leads to arrest of 10 for drug activity The Oak Ridger Agents with the 7th Judicial Crime Task Force recently completed a "lengthy investigation of illicit drug sales in Oak Ridge," according to a news release, by executing criminal capias warrants against 10 Oak Ridge residents after they were indicted by a Anderson County grand jury. The charges against the individuals, who ranged in age from 26 to 63, included the manufacture/sale/delivery/possession of a controlled substance, criminal conspiracy, and possession with intent. More arrests are anticipated in this investigation, the 7th Judicial Crime Task Force stated in the release. During the arrests, agents reportedly secured a search warrant for a residence and recovered illicit narcotics and firearms.
