Updated 5/5/2021 10:01 AM Lombard's annual Lilac Time opened May 1 with blue skies and the scent of lilacs in the air. Though the festival has been scaled back this year, Lilacia Park is still awash with blooms. Visitors are asked to wear face coverings and maintain a six-foot social distance.
