The new integration between ServiceNow and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) allows OCI resource management from the ServiceNow service portal and from the ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) Visibility application. This means ServiceNow customers will have a single dashboard to manage their public cloud resources from Oracle and other major cloud providers. Oracle points out that many global companies choose ServiceNow for IT service management (ITSM) and IT operations management. With this integration, they can discover and manage OCI IaaS, PaaS, and CaaS resources using ITOM Visibility as they would use for other cloud resources.
