Students who have registered for the examination are again advised to note that the syllabus has not been revised. The competitive examination syllabus remains the same this year. However, with the revised syllabus for CBSE and many state boards, NTA would this year instead provide choice to candidates. As per the notice and Education Minister’s announcement, the syllabus that has been removed would be covered in the choice sections. For JEE Main 2021 examination, a 50 per cent choice would be provided in numerical section of the BE/ BTech paper. Students would have to attempt either 15 questions out of the 30 questions provided in each Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics section.
