The Body Coach star Joe Wicks has proved fitness runs in his family after his two children joined him and his wife for a 'workout' in their home gym. 
The father-of-two, 34, from Surrey, kept the nation moving during the first lockdown, with live workouts every morning at 9am.
And he appears to be doing the same for his children as he took to his Instagram Stories on Wednesday, admitting it was 'chaos' in his home gym, with he and Rosie, 30, joined by daughter Indie, two, and son Marley, 16 months.
