Johnifer Barnwell makes federal court appearance in Macon af

Johnifer Dernard Barnwell, also known as "Whoop" and "Malixe," appeared in the U.S. Courthouse in Macon Tuesday for his initial appearance in the Middle District of Georgia after being taken into custody in Augusta on November 12.
