Johor schools pleased foreign students allowed back in Msia

JOHOR BARU: Private and international schools in Johor heaved a sigh of relief with the news that the government will allow foreign students back into the country from Jan 1.
Pandemic induced curbs on cross-border travel have affected attendance at such schools, which is why the recent announcement by Senior Minister (Security Cluster) Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri that foreign students will be allowed into the country was greeted with happiness.
"They must ensure all the necessary things for their stay here first. The normal Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) will apply to them," said Ismail Sabri.
