A Sydney judge has quit as president of a controversial union charity, blaming a split with the board over its future direction.
The exit of Michael Finnane QC comes as the benefactors of the Construction Industry Drug and Alcohol Foundation demand an explanation over why its accounts were red-flagged by auditors.
