Judges in upstate New York order mom to remove rock with Con

Christie has been fighting for custody of her seven-year-old mixed race daughter 
Judge said a rock painted with a Confederate flag in the mother's driveway was 'inflaming'  her 'already strained relationship' with the girl's father Isaiah
However, the rock hadn't been considered a point of tension during previous hearings in the long-running custody battle
The judges said the mother 'must encourage and teach the child to embrace her mixed race identity'
Jason Leifer, the child's attorney, told the DailyMail.com the ruling could encourage warring parents' to voice their political views in custody disputes
Leifer said the judgment could have a 'chilling effect on free speech'
