Advertisement The Kent man charged with the murder of PCSO Julia James stuck out his tongue as he was led away from court this morning - as police staged a reconstruction of the officer's last movements. Callum Wheeler, 21, from Aylesham, was formally accused of killing the 53-year-old at the hearing. He appeared at Medway Magistrates Court in person before being remanded back into custody ahead of his case at Maidstone Crown Court on Thursday. Mrs James, a mother of two, went missing while walking her beloved Jack Russell near to her home in Snowdown, Kent, last month. She was later found dead by members of the public in nearby Akholt Wood on Tuesday, April 27.
