Deputy Chief Minister who is also in charge of the Higher Education in the state announced the decision of the state to reopen colleges from Friday. This applies to all undergraduate, postgraduate, engineering and diploma classes. The decision was taken after the success of the offline classes for the final year students that stared in December. "The final year offline classes are already underway successfully. The classes of first, second and third year students will start from January 15," Narayan told reporters while announcing the decision.
