Glacial Lakes CEO Jim Seurer says it’s an exciting and large project where Summit has partnered with biorefineries throughout the upper Midwest to capture, transport and store carbon dioxide underground. “It’s a collection system that will run through Iowa, Minnesota and South Dakota. The system continues to North Dakota where geological formations are such that we can inject the carbon dioxide into the ground,” explained Jim Seurer.
