Kejriwal govt instructs officers to stop taking direct order

The Arvind Kejriwal-led AAP government has instructed state government officers to stop taking direct orders from the Lieutenant Governor (LG) of Delhi Vinai Kumar Saxena, informed the government through a release on Friday.
