A CAMPAIGN has been launched to reduce the speed limit on a busy Kelty street "before there's a fatality". The calls come after a Station Road resident awoke to a driver colliding with her parked Audi A3 car on Saturday night. It is the second time in two years an incident like this has happened and it looks like it will be the second car Caron Hughes has had to write off as a result. Police Scotland are investigating the collision with an eyewitness alleging that the man responsible for the crash was speeding down the road without his vehicle's lights on.
