Manistee is not any different in that respect and taking the time to check it might bring some interesting surprises to "people watchers" like myself. That is especially true in the summer. The days that are the most intriguing to people watch are Saturday and Sunday when the vast members of our community are out enjoying themselves because they are not working. What you will find on those days is Manistee is essentially broken into three basic groups which are the early morning riser “beat the heat” people, the afternoon siesta crowd and the evening relaxers. All have their own uniqueness to them, but it’s most definitely a different style for each one.
