Com app. Firefighters in san bruno quickly put out a shed fire this afternoon. It was reported just after 12 30 on haines avenue. We captured this video moments after the first fire truck arrived. The fire destroyed the shed and set a nearby fence on fire. Officials say millions of gallons of water have been lost because of a broken transmission line in san bruno. Crews discovered the broken 54inch pipe around 9 30 last night. It supplies water to the peninsula as part of the water system. No customers are affected at this time. Crews dont know how long it will take to repair the pipes. The water is flowing into a creek that runs into the bay. Water service has been restored in berkeley this morning. It happened near hurst.
