Detectives believe neil constructed the rifles himself from purchased parts. Today authorities found the body of a fifth victim, neils wife who had been shot to death. Her body was concealed under the floorboards over the couples home. Authorities praised the staff for their decision to put the campus into lock down, likely saving the lives of children. I truly believe we would have had a horrific blood bath in that school if that school hadnt taken action when they did. Neil was shot and killed by Police Responding today. Crews have been out cleaning out debris wrecks in all the water ways. Weve been inspecting and cleaning all the inlets throughout the city. This storm ranks three on the storm impact scale. Most locations will see from 1inch to 2. 5 inches of rain. Higher elevations well see 2 to 4 inches of rain. Winds will be gusting at 50 Miles Per Hour or higher. Starting 9 00 tonight, north bay will be getting a drenching but the rain will be pushing southward toward golden gate into San Francisco. By midnight tonight the heaviest rain will be into the central part. East by the way, peninsula, still raining in part of the north bay. By 3 00 a. M. Well see the storm swinging south ward. At that point the peninsula and le sant area will be getting a pounding. The intense activity will be far to the south. The morning commute will be a mess. 5 00 tomorrow morning still raining through the central part of the bay area. Most of the east by the way but now pushing down into the santa cruz area. The rain will continue following from 7 30 to 9 30. Well see the storm clearing out by midday tomorrow. There will be pocks of showers following the main body of that storm through the afternoon and evening hours. By 6 00 tomorrow evening look for rainfall totals at 1. 5 2. 5. San francisco and san ramon this is going to be a soaking storm and a windy storm. Wind advisory in effect until 3 00 tomorrow morning for the hills and mountains of the bay area.
