Nicoles dog was supposed to be turned over to animal control because of allegations it had bitten someone. Theyve got to do some type of justice for my mom. Shes really bad. Reporter so animal control currently has three pit bulls in custody belonging to the person whose dogs got out and did the mauling. They tell us theyll have to investigate what happened. So will oakland police. They will be investigating as well. But princess kennedy, the woman you just heard from there, said if she has anything to do with it, theyll be pressing charges against the owner of those pit bulls. Bart says it has identified the man responsible for monday nights bigoted and belligerent attack on a fellow passenger. Cell phone video captured the man seen in the long sleeved shirt there yelling racial slurs at another passengr, then slapping and punching him. Bart says the man is being banned from the system.
