Apparently the two people he shot were managers here. The employees are also telling us that the vindividual thehe victims would be the people involved in the firing of the suspect. About an hour ago, that car was towed from the crime scene here. Around 6 00 last night, police got a call about multiple shots fired at the dealership. Officers found the suspect on the ground with a handgun in his hand. Police u found two other male victims inside the ford dealership. Morgan hill is a small community. Walnut creek Police Released several body cam videos showing when officers shot and killed a mentally ill man armed with a metal pry par. His name is 23yearold miles hall. His mother and grandmother called 911 june 2nd after they claim he threatened him. His family said hall was known to police and thats what his mother relayed to the dispatcher. Im telling you now, hes going to be aggressive to police. Police released this footage as well as video from a Home Security camera. Officers say hall refused to drop the metal bar and kept running toward them even after he was hit by bean bag rounds. Two officers then fired their weapons. The familys Attorney Says the video shows hall was actually running alongside the officers. The fact that he was trying to get away, you dont get to shoot somebody down who is running away unless that person has committed a deadly offense. The hall family has already sfield a wrongful death claim against police. Their Attorney Says the federal civil rights lawsuit will also be filed. Yesterday Micah Allison admitted she and almena did not follow fire codes or get permits when renovating the ghost ship warehouse, but she said she felt safe living there.
