The judge says he made the ruling in the case of 27yearold John Lee Cowell after reviewing reports. One believed he lacked competency and another didnt render decision and the third found him to be competent. Cowell is charged with stabbing and killing 18yearold nia wilson on the platform of a bart station on july 22nd one year ago. Her sister was stabbed but survived. Cowell is scheduled to enter a play on august 2nd. A man was pulled alive from a burning van and has two Police Officers to thank for saving his life. Neighbors want to turn the space into an urban farm but the developer that brought the property into 2017 is planning to build 63 units of housing. If you pass the landmark and encourage you to not do so today you are rejecting homes for people. Childrens hospital of oakland has its own tv show can today i was part of that show and did a live version for the kids that includes, well, includes what do you call it . Trivia questions and name that tune and jokes provided by the kids. In fact, some of the kids at the hospital were able to come into the studio and watch the show being done there. And others who were not able to leave their rooms were able to watch us on closed circuit on their tvs in their rooms. Really a lot of fun. They deserve to be kids.
