When that driver started by hitting a parked car, continuing down avenue h and then hitting that tree. The car bursting apart on impact killing the driver instantly. Police here on the scene able to confirm the driver was the only person in the car and the only person who has been injured as a part of this accident. As to when this section of Treasure Island, avenue h around 9th street will be back open, were hearing it will take at least a couple more hours for crews to clear the scene, get the car out of here, clean up the wreckage and continue their investigation.
