The San Mateo County Health Officer would say he shares the same concerns as the cdc and he fears the outbreak could potentially turn into a severe pandemic. His words. He says people should take extra precautions, wash your hands often, stock up on those supplies and have a plan just in case someone in your family or employees get sick. San mateo Health Officials plan to meet with all School Districts in the county today to discuss what to do if an outbreak happens there. Solano county declared a state of emergency. Yesterday we told you that a woman contracted the virus even though she has no known link to anyone with the illness. Up to 100 Health Care Workers who came into contact with her will be quarantined. Health officials stress the Solano County patient has no connection to coronavirus evacuees at Travis Air Force base. The protocol followed by federal Health Workers sent to the base is being questioned. A whistleblower Complaint Review by the Washington Post claims those Solano Countys public Health Officer specifically but did say this weve been working with our federal partners on the basins they first arrived.
