We did speak to a number of people who all right letting the bay area shelter in place bring them down. At santana row in san jose, it looked like a holiday, but without the tree or lights to lift peoples spirits. Its a very eerie feeling to walk on santana row. Usually this is a place that is bustling with people. You have people all over. Some businesses remain open for business for curbside delivery or doordash. Including mediterranean and left bank brasserie. We need to make sure that theyre taken care of so they can in turn take care of our guests. Im doing good. Im busy, just mostly working. This morning i went out for a run. We compared and contrasted San Franciscos most iconic places. The golden gate bridge, where thousands transit, now empty. Lombard street today, what a sight. And Union Square Like a ghost town, once shopped, now with security guards inside the stores. As we drove around the city, we saw several Police Officers doing rounds. Very quiet. Nothing crazy happening . Not yet. And with empty streets, security is a concern to many.
