Just didnt sleep well last night. Had to go for that. Plus, its a little cooler this morning, that helps a little bit. Hi, everybody. Lets talk about what is going on. The number one thing is that we have a chance of showers again today and a one on our storm impact scale and breezy this afternoon and evening up and to 0. 1 of an inch of additional rain. Right now quiet out there. Seeing reports of drizzle and fog around petaluma and watch out for that as you head through the morning hours. Sutro towers and the chance of showers increase as we head towards the 7 00 hour especially up across the north bay and then the rest of us get our chances by noon and taper by 4 00 and by 7 00 theyre gone. 50s and 60s are the rule for today. Elon musk tweeted monday that the plant was reopen and he plo told me she was called back to work after furlough over the weekend. Musk got the backing of President Trump to tweet pushing to let the state reopen the plant and an ongoing back and forth. Theyre at odds with the county health order that is stricter than the state guidelines that the plant maintain minimum basic operation. Payroll and prepping the building for return. That memo from the county also said it would be working with Fremont Police department to verify tesla is adhering to physical distancing and agreed upon health and Safety Measures are in place. Fremont police and the mayor of fremont made it clear they dont expect any arrests to be happening here. It appears for now that production will continue at the plant and elon musk could get the blessing from the county early next week. Very confusing. A bunch of goats that took over a neighborhood in san jose, at least briefly. What is happening . This was just before 7 00 last night in silver creek neighborhood. Look at this one goat that went rogue and just decided to get a little buffet before he moved on. Abc7 viewer said they broke through a fence and wandered the streets and some going through the flowers and apparently a lot of them leaving little treats behia few these goats together. They really couldnt. But were told that pretty quickly they were able to, the person who has the goats were able to take them all back together. There was a dog in that video at one point that was doing its best to round up these goats. That didnt work either. What did we say . The animals are taking this opportunity. They took it. Theyre taking advantage of us. Im just still, theres so many of them. Is this a neighbor like are the goats normally just like up the block and they just got out . So, i think happened is that these goats come in to go in the nearby hillsides to graze there to prepare that area for fire season. And they do this like a couple times a year. But usually they dont break into the actual streets of the neighborhood. They said this is our chance. Youll see them a lot in the east bay hills. Were going to be the greatest of all time. Whatid you all the time in the east bay hills especially as you head towards summer and fall and doing exactly that. Grazing. Thats the exact reason why i am against my wife getting a baby goat because they turn into big goats and i like my yard. I like it the way it is. I spend a lot of time trying to make my yard nice. Im not getting a goat. Heres a look at san jose and 53 degrees. Lets jump into our accuweather highlights i put together and almost every day has a chance of showers in it. Now, theyre not a lot of rain to have out of these showers unfortunately. Our driest and warmest day and strongest storm arrives. Here is a look at the pattern and you can see the area spinning off the Pacific Northwest coast and the plume of moisture coming our way. I wish that was an atmospheric river, it is not. Scattered showers as you can see. Increasing this morning especially from 7 00 on and as we look at future radar for the afternoon hours, as has been the case, the showers taper rather quickly as we head into the latter parts of the afternoon into the evening hours. We have a chance of rain up in the north bay and our best chance of showers will remain in the north bay and a few blips of green else where thursday.
