London breed said the city will formally enter phase two on monday and allow streetside businesses to open for delivery and Curbside Pickup and manufacturing and warehouses to reopen with modifications. Last week we made an announcement it would be a limited number of stores, and locations, and now weve expanded that. Breed says this means 95 of businesses in San Francisco will now be able to reopen, even if it is just partially.
