This Pilot Program aims to keep people experiencing Mental Health or Substance Abuse related emergencies away from Emergency Rooms and jails. Instead they would be diverting to Behavioral Health treatment facilities. As the world waits for a coronavirus vaccine, scientists at ucsf say they developed molecules which works as a nose spray and can kill the virus. The spray uses synthetic antibodies.
