A copd exacerbation, certainly if theyre asymptomatic with covid you would think theyre more likely to spread. The wall street journal is quoting Pandemic Response change is only interim. Ay reporter the report comes as a number of hospitals across the country and here in the bay area are questioning the methods that officials at health and Human Services are using to district the critical drug remdesivir. The Morning Hours we have the oiecseouds, thehent that sea breeze is with us. But today less of that because were looking at less fog, and High Pressure is expanding meaning were going to have less wind altogether out there. As we look at live doppler 7 right now you can see it looks like its mostly off the coast, but theres a r right over the e golden gate bridge. But overall there is a smoke layer on top of us. Obviously another spare the air day a shifting winds sometimes you get better visibility and then the smoke moves back. We will be looking at shifting winds today out of the westsouthwest. But as we look at the Bigger Picture you can see some of the high clouds moving up from the south to the Central Coast, and this is what were going to be watching close for sunday. I very much like what we saw a week ago as the triggering mechanisms, the remnants of what was hurricane genevieve continues up the south. That could trigger not only the thunderstorms but the gusty winds that could spread those fires, start more fires. The fire weather watch starts 4 00 tomorrow morning. Theres a slight chance early sunday, a better chance late sunday into monday and then again monday into tuesday. Styinds anywhere from hour. Ando. 69 in concord, looking at 58 in the city and a bit of fog there in pacifica. Our exploratorium camera looking at some smoke and haze through the weekend. Mild with a bit of fog at the coast but hot inland the next two days. And the mid90s inland and turning more humid with the chance of that dry lightening better likely sunday night into monday and then again into tuesday. So as we look at air quality it is unhealthy. Our inland east bay tomorrow and looking at unhealthy levels throughout the day in the south bay. Fires up here in the north bay with light winds, relative . Looking at ckaville, the calm wind 69 degrees, and its 71, 53 relative humidity. So the high clouds today, more likely, though, into sunday. This is as we get into sunday and then well be watching that possibility for perhaps those gusty winds, dry lightening. And if we see any thunderstorms they wont be containing any moisture. Itll just be the dry variety, which it does not bode well for th for 86 in san jose, 95 in livermore, and the accuweather seven day forecast, smoky skies, hot temperatures inland and then that lingering chance on tuesday. Otherwise were still looking at that steady, warm, summerlike pattern after this passes through by early tuesday. So, liz, well be watching it closely for you. See what happens tomorrow night. Thank you, lisa. Just ahead you can help scientists track these wildfires all right, this morning scientists are calling on you to help them track these California Wildfires like never before.
