From 1 00 thursday to 6 00 friday evening, weve got more than 24 hours of critical fire conditions across areas that are already burning. As far as our forecast today, it will be cool at the coast, 60s and 70s the rest of us going to be 80s and 90s with smoky sunshine. In the north bay, an area previously under an evacuation warning has now been up graded to an Evacuation Order. Jobina has the details on this. Cal fires latest update says the glass fire has now burned more than 46,000 acres and it is just 2 contained. This is new video coming into our newsroom that were seeing here of the wildfire raging in calistoga overnight, the area west of state route 29 and highway 128 between Diamond Mountain road and pet are now an Evacuation Order. As you can tell from this video, the fire Line Department moving forward. Fire conditions are expected to worsen in the coming days. Starting at about 1 00 tomorrow afternoon through 6 00 friday evening, that all changes with the fire weather watch. But see the yellows and oranges . Those are 70s and 80s. That is how hot it will be in the hills. And that is what jumpstarts our critical fire conditions that will last through friday. You can see by saturday, fingers crossed, cooler air will be here for sure, but will it be enough to get rid of the smoke.
