Protesters will gather today to call for justice for a man shot and killed by a napa sheriffs deputy this week. 47yearold juan garcia of napa died after being shot during a traffic stop late monday night. The Sheriffs Office says garcia got out of the car and approached the deputy while keeping a hand behind his back. When asked to show that hand, he didnt. The deputy fearing a gunshot fist. A new report finds that Drug Overdose deaths in San Francisco have already surpassed last years staggering number. The medical Examiners Office says around 470 people have died from accidental Drug Overdoses in just the first eight months of the year. That averages to about two deaths every single day.
