Oh, my god reporter thats 10yearold elianas stunned reaction to her fathers unexpected homecoming. I was so excited to see my dad when he first got home. I was crying a lot. Started to cry right away. It just got me right in my chest. Reporter josh is a san jose firefighter and was deployed on the front lines of two major wildfires. He surprised his daughter last week by coming home a day early. It was definitely a priceless moment. Reporter josh was away from his family for 27 out of 29 days. Thats the longest theyve ever been apart. They havent been to the hospital at all so im really happy that he was safe and he came home. Reporter she says her dad is a hero to the entire family. Im going to be a firefighter when i grow up like him and i think it is a pretty good job and im super proud of him. Oh, how sweet. Heart melting.
