This race is still way too close to call. In a key battleground states, but this morning the Trump Campaign and the Joe Biden Campaign both projecting confidence. This morning the counting continuing with former Vice President joe biden saying he sees victory ahead. Im not here to declare what we won, but when the voting is f done we believe well be the winners. Reporter projections show hes likely to win in michigan and wisconsin and just 17 electoral votes shy of the presidency. His Campaign Setting the record for most votes of any president ial candidate. Weve won with the majority of the american people. Indeed senator harris and i are on track to win more votes than any ticket in the history of this country. Reporter still the former Vice President urging patience as vote counting continues in swing states like nevada, georgia and pennsylvania. The president currently holds a lead in the keystone state but there are hundreds of thousands of ballots yet to be counted. Protests are planned through this weekend in cities across the country as Election Officials continue to count the ballots. Overnight a riot was declared in portland. The National Guard was activated as protests turned violent. Eight people were arrested. In new york city more than 20 arrests were made as people set fires. In boston, the National Guard was ordered on standby as hundreds of marchers took to the streets. In chicago, protesters marched downtown along the river across trump tower. In arizona, more than 200 Trump Supporters swarmed outside, theyre claiming some ballots have not been counted properly. At least two people in the group had guns clearly visible. At one point an Extremist Group was able to get inside the office before being told to leave. Despite the distraction the Elections Department tweeted the staff did continue to do their job. Dozens took to the Embarcadero Plaza to demand all votes be counted. It was one of three rallies in the bay area yesterday. Some gathered in oakland and faith leaders voiced their concerns in san jose. Republican National Committee woman of california harmid dillon was quick to ask about their motives. That is just election theater. California has probably the most liberal election laws in america. They all have to be postmarked by election day. This morning Alameda County sheriffs deputies are trying to find the people responsible for looting the big five on hesperian boulevard in san lorenzo. Amy hollyfield has more on that. The repair work is under way. Look behind me, this is the big five on hesperian boulevard. The walmart across the street was also targeted. Look at this video. It shows guns on the ground left behind by the criminals. Officers believe they were targeting the weapons section of these stores. They broke windows to get in. One man who owns a business in this Shopping Center was relieved his shop wasnt targeted but says this impacts everyone in the area. Translator felt bad. This affects all of our businesses. Clients will stop coming in the case of vandalism, broken windows, thats extra costs. Were in a pandemic and dont make enough money to cover everything. He told us he saw them pull up in cars, use a cutting tool to get through the iron gate and then start breaking windows and start looting. Sheriffs deputies used a drone to search the area but everyone got away. No arrests have been made. Look at this live picture, you can see there are still three sheriffs deputies cars in this parking lot keeping an eye on the store and the workers here who are making the repairs and are exposed and a bit vulnerable here. New developments in a string of armed robberies in oakland. One person died after a Police Shooting following a robbery at a marijuana business. Three officers were hit by cars as suspects fled. Police say an officer fired their weapon killing one person identified as a 20yearold oakland resident. This was just one incident from what police are calling roving teams of Armed Robbers that looted several locations tuesday night. More than a dozen people have been arrested. Businesses should secure any cash or high value items, make sure Security Systems are working, keep businesses well lit and secure Outdoor Furniture or fixtures. He says most of the people working out now are not members, but they maintained tight knit relationships from the western edition. One of the reasons he doesnt charge for the sessions. Its not about money. You know, its about love for people. Its about giving back. Money is not my motivation. We will get the best opportunities to be healthy. But we can do it. It just takes us.
