San francisco is the only in the best category, yellow but preemptively going to shut down indoorining friday night as a precaution. Yesterday contra costa and santa cruz moved backwards from orange to red. A spike in new cases in napa county has Health Officials worried and for very good reason. Those numbers are rapidly moving in the wrong direction and could send napa county from the orange tier to the state most restrictive purple tier if things dont turn around.
