People are second and shocked. The suspect is locked up in nevada and will soon be transported back to oregon to face one count of kidnapping, one count of transportation with sexual intent. We are learning more about those connections here to the bay area. You are looking at what the fbi says is a homemade cinderblock cell. Agents believe the 29yearold used it to lock up a woman he had kidnapped in seattle. They say he Klamath Falls oregon. She alleges she was kidnapped, shackled, sexually assaulted. Reporter the woman spent a few hours in that cell before escaping. The woman fought for her life , beating the doors and walls of the cell with bloodied hands. Reporter she was able to wave down a passing motorist who called 911. Fbi agents say he was located and arrested a day later in this walmart parking lot in reno. Those with the fbi want you to take a close look at his picture. He lived in oakland from 2012 to 2018. In the last 10 years, has lived in 10 states. He went by justin for most of his life before making a legal name change according to officials. He also went by. To date, hes been linked at least four sexual assaults and for in four other states. We believe there may be more victims.
