Well, maybe a little bit of a drizzle tomorrow in the north bay. It looks like that might be it for rain tomorrow, but weve got some warm weather in the forecast, though. Heres a look at whats happening right now on live doppler seven. Low clouds and fog are returning to the coastline. So the marine layer is rebuilding and we have a few high clouds moving inland to our north. We have also a fairly moderate breeze, a sea breeze. Wind speeds up to about 16, 18mph in and around San Francisco. But relatively calm elsewhere. Now the big news is the 24 hour temperature change. It has warmed up significantly, nine degrees warmer right now in novato and santa rosa and concord than at this time yesterday. Up to about 5 or 6 degrees warmer in most other locations under mainly clear skies. We also have a beach hazard statement in effect through late tonight. Wave heights are elevated and this will expire later tonight. But theres still the risk of sneaker waves for our south facing beaches and increased risk of dangerous rip currents. Heres a view of blue sky over San Francisco, but a few little fingers of fog reaching out over the bay. Its currently 50 to 67 degrees here in the city, i should say. Low 70s at Mountain View in oakland, 80 degrees at san jose, 76 at palo alto, 59 at half moon bay. Now at the golden gate, weve got lots of clouds right now. Other temperature readings at this hour are 77, up north at santa rosa. Novato 7980 at napa. And low to mid 80s at fairfield, concord and livermore. And this is the view at santa cruz beach, which is still rather active under mild conditions. And these are our forecast headlines. Clouds will increase overnight some morning sprinkles are likely or possible in the north bay. They may even continue into the early afternoon minor cooling tomorrow with lingering clouds and we can expect much warmer weather tuesday through friday. Heres our forecast animation showing the return of low clouds to the coast and some high clouds overnight as well. And then tomorrow, maybe a sprinkle or two in the north bay and then the clouds start to thin out tomorrow night, giving way to a sunnier pattern starting on tuesday. Overnight, low temperatures will be mainly in the mid 50s and then highs tomorrow, 66 at half moon bay, low to mid 70s around the bay shoreline mainly mid to upper 70s inland. Although the outlier will be fairfield with an expected high of 82, itll start to warm up again on on tuesday rather thursday. Wednesday thursday, even warmer with inland highs in the low to mid 90s. Heres the accuweather seven day forecast. So a little cloudier and cooler tomorrow. Warming trend begins on tuesday and that warming trend kicks into high gear wednesday thursday and friday. Slightly cooler on friday and then going into next weekend, itll be about 10 to 15 degrees cooler air than the highs on wednesday and thursday.
