The federation has seen a decline in milk and curd sales between 6.5 lakh and 8 lakh litres a day since Saturday One of the largest milk farmers’ bodies in the country, the Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF) is facing a herculean task of sustaining during the curfew. A very short window of four hours between 6 a.m. and 10 a.m. for milk business to operate daily has brought down sales by over 27%.
